I am not sure why you have to wait until July 20, but for a coupon like this it’s worth the wait. These are great to print and have on sale when wipes go on sale. Most coupons are for off 2. So the $1/1 is a good one to have! You could score some cheap wipes (last time they had these I got super cheap wipes at Safeway, about $0.50 a package because there was also a catalina deal going on!).
